SHIPPING - INSPIRED COLLECTION PIECES

Delivery times are calculated from the time payment is received and your order has been completed in our workshop.

• In Stock items can be ready to ship within 1 - 2 days. 
• All items will be fully insured from when it leaves our workshop to when it arrives at your door.  It will take 4-6 weeks to handcraft your piece.
• We cannot send to post office boxes.

The standard shipping is as follows:

INTERNATIONAL
Orders will be sent by a worldwide courier service through either FEDEX or DHL. The package will require signature upon delivery. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that are applied in the country of delivery, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Our friendly team can provide and estimate of any customs duties or taxes prior to purchase.  Contact us for an estimate.

NEW ZEALAND
We will send your item via courier within NZ in signature required packets.  The package will require signature upon delivery.
